• Marketing platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search Console, Maps), Slybroadcast (voicemail), Zapier (workflow automation)
• Email and Calendar: Google Workspace
• Payment processing: Stripe and other compliant processors (we do not store full card numbers)

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing.

5. SMS, mobile, and call communications

If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive service-related calls and text messages from Servant King at (209) 938-7407, including job confirmations, follow-ups, quote responses, appointment reminders, and occasional marketing or promotional messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing text messages at any time. Reply HELP for help. You may opt out of marketing calls by asking us during any call. We may continue to contact you for transactional and service-related communications related to your active job, even after you opt out of marketing.

Mobile information — non-sharing commitment. Mobile information (including your phone number, SMS opt-in status, and SMS conversation content) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We will only share mobile information with the service providers strictly necessary to deliver our SMS program (for example, our messaging carrier and CRM platform), and only to the extent necessary to send messages you have requested or that relate to a service you have engaged us to perform.
