SMS Communications Disclosure

Servant King Junk Removal & Demolition (“Servant King,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this SMS Communications Disclosure to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC carrier registration requirements.
How you opt in
You may opt in to receive text messages from Servant King in any of the following ways:
- Submitting our online quote request form at servantkingdemolition.com/contact. The form collects your name, phone, email, and project description, and includes a visible SMS consent disclosure stating that submitting the form constitutes your express written consent to receive SMS messages.
- Texting our business number at (209) 938-7407. Sending us a text message asking about a service constitutes your opt-in to receive SMS replies related to that service request.
- Submitting a Facebook Lead Ad form for Servant King, which includes a TCPA consent disclosure that you agree to before submitting.
- Verbal opt-in during a phone call with our team, where we expressly ask whether we may follow up by text.
Program description & message types
After opting in, you may receive text messages from Servant King at the number you provided. These messages may include:
- Quote responses and follow-ups
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Job status updates and arrival notifications
- Payment receipts and invoice links
- Occasional promotional offers (such as first-job discounts) and review requests
Sample messages you may receive:
- “Hi {name}, thanks for reaching out to Servant King. We received your request and would be happy to help. You also qualify for $100 off your first job. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
- “Hi {name}, this is Chris from Servant King confirming your demo estimate tomorrow at 10am at {address}. Reply YES to confirm or call (209) 938-7407 to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “Servant King crew is on the way and should arrive in about 20 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages around the time of a quote, appointment, or active job, and occasional follow-up messages thereafter. Servant King does not send mass marketing texts.
Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply, as determined by your wireless carrier. Servant King does not charge a fee to send or receive SMS messages.
How to opt out
You may opt out of SMS messages from Servant King at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and we will not send you further SMS messages from this program.
Note: opting out of SMS does not stop transactional voice calls (e.g., a crew lead calling to confirm a job arrival) related to a service you have already booked. To opt out of all communications, please contact us directly.

Carriers and supported devices
Our SMS service is delivered via licensed messaging carriers. Compatible major carriers in the United States include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and other regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy & mobile information sharing
Phone numbers, mobile opt-in status, and SMS conversation data collected through this program are treated according to our Privacy Policy.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with the vetted service providers strictly necessary to deliver this SMS program (our messaging carrier and CRM platform), and only to the extent required to send messages you have requested or that relate to a service you have engaged us to perform. We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number to any third party.
A2P 10DLC compliance
Servant King is registered with U.S. mobile carriers under Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code (A2P 10DLC) standards. This registration ensures that messages sent from our business number ((209) 938-7407) are properly identified, branded, and compliant with carrier rules and consumer protection regulations.
